Titans has cemented itself as one of the most popular DC superhero shows on television and there are no signs of that slowing down. Now available to watch on HBO Max in the USA, for UK viewers the show is exclusive to Netflix. Season three is making a few changes to the cast, but there are plenty of familiar heroes making an appearance.
Who is in the cast of Titans season three?
Dick Grayson (Nightwing) – Brenton Thwaites
For the first two seasons, Dick Grayson has played Robin, Batman’s first sidekick.
While he was always away from Batman’s shadow, season thee will finally see him don his iconic Nightwing persona.
He will now be put to the test like never before and as his own hero, he can no longer rely on The Dark Knight’s help.
Played by Brenton Thwaites, the star is best known for appearing in Maleficent and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.
Commissioner Barbara Gordon – Savannah Welch
One of the new additions to the cast in season three, fan-favourite Barbara Gordon is finally stepping out of the comics and onto the screen.
Traditionally, Barbara has been Batgirl or Oracle, though in this incarnation she will be taking the role that her father Jim Gordon is known for.
She is taking over the role of Commissioner since her father’s death and is keen to prove herself as a force to be reckoned with in the GCPD.
Played by Savannah Welch, the star is best known for her roles in The Tree of Life and Boyhood.
Dr Johnathan Crane – Vincent Kartheiser
The name Jonathan Crane may be familiar to some fans as he is better known by his alias Scarecrow.
However, he won’t be donning his horror look in season three, with the show first exploring the man behind the mask.
He will be helping the GCPD while incarcerated in the infamous Arkham Asylum, though he is still not to be trusted.
Played by Vincent Kartheiser, the star is best known for his portrayal of Pete Campbell in Mad Men.
Koriand’r (Starfire) – Anna Diop
Starfire will have a larger part to play in season three, as the character is stepping up to be one of the main heroes of the show.
Since first appearing in season one, Starfire has been an integral part of the team, though in season three she will be explored in more depth and ever before.
Played by Anna Diop, the star is best known for 24: Legacy and The Messenger.
Rachel Roth (Raven) – Teagan Croft
Raven is on a separate mission at the start of season three, as she is trying to bring back Wonder Girl to the team.
She has always been one of the main characters in the show, though it looks as though her role will be reduced slightly in the third season.
Played by Teagan Croft, before Titans the star was best known for appearing in the soap Home and Away.
Donna Troy (Wonder Girl) – Conor Leslie
The biggest surprise of season three is the return of Donna Troy aka Wonder Girl.
She tragically died at the end of season two, though Raven is busy trying to resurrect her in the third season.
Star Conor Leslie is known for appearing in The Man in the High Castle and the film Dark Web: Cicada 3301.
Gar Logan (Beast Boy) – Ryan Potter
Finally, Beast Boy is returning again and back to his usual self after a season of brainwashing by Project Cadmus.
Beast Boy will be keen to keep the events of season two far behind him as he gets back to fighting on the side of good.
Star Ryan Potter is best known for the film Big Hero 6, where he voiced the lead character of Hiro Hamada.
Titans seasons 1-3 are available to watch exclusively on Netflix in the UK. All three seasons are available to watch on HBO Max in the USA.
