Holly Willoughby, Phillip Schofield and a selection of other This Morning stars were dressed up Cluedo characters for a Halloween-themed murder mystery special on Thursday. The ITV show kicked off with Lady of the Manor Josie Gibson being killed and the presenters asking viewers who they thought was behind the whodunnit.

Butler Gyles Brandreth opened the who by welcoming viewers to the This Morning mansion.

He explained: “You’ve been summoned here to enjoy the delights of the Lady of the Manor at a very special Halloween bash and hopefully to solve a few mysteries along the way.”

Phillip played the retired army officer Colonel Mustard while Holly wore a stunning strapless dress from her mum’s wardrobe as she took on the role of Miss Scarlett.

Chef Clodagh McKenna played Professor Plum, Steve Wilson was Reverend Green and Matthew Wright was Mr White.
