This Morning fans cringe over ‘raging’ mum’s reaction to surprise makeover

A mum did not seem too impressed by husband's Valentine's surprise of makeover on This Morning today, leaving viewers cringing at her reaction to the news.

Peter Holmes decided to take wife Louise on a tour of the This Morning studios today with their baby daughter Harper.

But as they walked down the corridor, Louise was stunned as Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield opened their dressing room doors to greet her.

"Hello, good morning, you must be Louise, nice to see you Louise," Phil greeted her and she stared into the camera, looking a little white.

As Louise failed to say anything, Phil greeted Peter and shook his hand as the father held his daughter in his arms.

She began to shake her head as Phil told her: "Obviously you thought you were here for a behind the scenes tour!"

Noticing her pale complexion, Holly put a hand on Louise's shoulder and told her: "Don't panic!"

Louis finally turned around to look at her partner as she exclaimed: "Peter!"

"He's set it all up and you're both actually going to have a Valentine's makeover," Phil explained.

And viewers were left wincing.

One tweeted with crying laughing emojis: "She's raging! Poor bloke is going to get it #ThisMorning."

Another questioned: "Was that woman UNDERWHELMED or wot?? #ThisMorning."

A third wrote: "#ThisMorning I think if I was with someone and they surprised me with a makeover I would be offended Unless I've said, "I would love a makeover" to them."

"Nothing says I love you like “God you look absolutely s*** you need someone to give you a makeover” #ThisMorning," another joked.

A fan quipped: "She’ll kick his ass when the camera goes #ThisMorning."

Another tweeted: " Pretend to look surprised lady #ThisMorning."
