Rylan Clark and Scarlett Moffatt are all house hold names thanks to their appearances on programmes including X Factor and Gogglebox.
But did you know that they appeared on other reality TV programmes before landing their sudden fame?
They're not the only ones, as some of the biggest names in showbusiness have appeared on other programmes before coming to public attention on a different show all together.
From Britain's Got Talent, to Beauty School Cop Outs and Blind Dates, eagle eyed viewers might have seen a few familiar faces before.
Here, Daily Star takes a look at the reality TV stars who were on other shows before their sudden fame.
Rylan has become a TV icon, landing presenting roles on a variety of programmes including This Morning and the Eurovision semi-final coverage – as well as a stint on a few live episodes of Most Haunted.
However long before he became presenting royalty, Rylan rose to fame on multiple reality TV programmes including John Bishop's Britain in 2010 and Katie Price's reality TV programme Signed.
It was his stint on X-Factor in 2012 that was most memorable though, with the singer reaching the live shows after finding out at bootcamp that he was through – giving viewers one of the most emotional reactions in the shows history in the process.
Earlier this year, Rylan also paid homage to his X Factor career and a stellar career that followed, in a sweet social media throwback post.
He posted a picture of himself on The X Factor stage on social media and wrote:“Dunno how, dunno why, but today marks 10 years since that audition.
"Thanks for a decade to remember. No regrets x."
If that was not enough, Rylan also achieved victory when he won Celebrity Big Brother – now that is what we call a stellar reality TV career.
Although he is now one of the UK's biggest presenters, Rylan has made a return to reality TV with hilarious appearances on Celebrity Gogglebox alongside his mum.
Queen Of The Jungle Scarlett Moffatt was a reality TV star long before she rose to fame on Channel 4 series Gogglebox.
Viewers were first introduced to Scarlett on MTV's Beauty School Cop Outs in 2014, which followed a group of beauty school students training for their future career.
Her fame soared though when she joined Gogglebox, before becoming a star in her own right after she won I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! in 2016.
However, Scarlett revealed in an interview on This Morning, that she experienced feelings of loneliness after soaring to fame.
She said: "You should never feel embarrassed about being lonely. I hope that by me telling people how lonely I was in London that it opens a conversation where people go "actually yeah, I'm not enjoying myself."
"I was just on my own. I didn't dare tell my family and friends because I'd just won the jungle, I started doing loads of presenting, I felt guilty because I thought I should be on top of the world."
Scarlett has since become an ambassador for the Samaritans Charity, and can also be seen in regular presenting slots on Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Take-away.
Megan McKenna rose to reality TV fame in 2017 as part of The Only Way Is Essex cast, but eagle-eyed viewers might recognise her from other programmes too.
Nearly a decade before joining TOWIE, Megan made it to the semi-finals of Britains Got Talent in 2009 as part of the vocal duo Harmony – and even auditioned for X Factor.
Megan cringed when she saw her Britains Got Talent audition again on Loose Women in 2019, revealing that Simon Cowell did not like their outfits.
She said: "We literally dressed up in leg warmers, everything – our outfits were awful!
"Simon [Cowell] didn’t like our outfits back in the day actually, and it’s funny because when I first did my performance he said he didn’t like my outfit again which made me laugh!"
Along with a stint on two series of MTV's Ex On The Beach and Celebrity Big Brother after her brief BGT fame, she later joined TOWIE as a full time cast member.
Her TOWIE appearance made her a celebrity in her own right, with the star later going on to win X Factor Celebrity in 2019 and competing in Celebrity Masterchef in 2021.
That's not all, as away from reality TV, she has also released cook books including Can You Make That Gluten Free? and released singles including Family At Christmas.
Blind Date was essential nineties TV viewing, introducing the nation to future stars including Britains Got Talent judge and radio presenter Amanda Holden.
In 1991, at the age of 20 years old, Amanda made her memorable reality TV appearance as one of three potential matches – but she was later turned down by her potential suitor Barnaby Hands for another contestant.
Barnaby, now a film executive, has since revealed in an interview with Mail Online that his friends still tease him for turning down Amanda live on TV.
He said: "I still get teased about it to this day. When she became famous everyone kept telling me, 'You idiot!'
"My brother used to tease me so much. He said, 'I can’t believe you turned down Amanda Holden!' She used to do some modelling in men’s magazines and he would phone me up and say, 'What were you thinking?'"
Although Amanda launched a stellar acting career with roles on TV programmes including Where The Heart Is, the star has since made a return to reality TV with appearances on Hell's Kitchen, I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! and her regular slot on Britains Got Talent.
Vicky Pattison rose to fame on Geordie Shore, but has since become one of the celebrities to make the most appearances on reality TV programmes.
After her Geordie Shore fame, the star had a stint on MTV's Ex On The Beach – as well as Judge Geordie.
Her reality TV stints made her one of the UK's most well known faces, with the star later becoming Queen of The Jungle following her stint on I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! in 2015.
Since then she has continued to appear on reality programmes such as Celebrity Masterchef and Celebrity SAS in 2021, as well as hosting her own podcast Vicky Pattison: The Secret to…
