Love Island spoiler: Amber finally tells Michael she still has feelings for him as Joanna confronts him in tense date

Amber and Michael have had a turbulent time in the Love Island villa so far, ending in Michael recoupling with 22 year old Joanna Chimonides.

And despite Michael insisting he no longer has feelings for Geordie Amber, it looks like tonight’s episode may have him thinking again.

In a teaser for the show, Amber can be seen laying her cards on the table and telling Michael exactly how she feels and that she is adamant that could have a good thing once again, despite him still being with Joanna.

She says: “I just wanted to kind of put it on the table because I feel like, Chris coming in, made me realise even more like how much we did have a good thing.

“I know we had out issues but I feel like, if I had just handled it better or been more open with you, we wouldn’t be at this point right now, as I do think we had a good thing going.”

She adds: “Obviously I do still like you, I can’t switch my feelings off.”

And it seems as though Joanna is also concerned about the duo and their connection, as she pulls firefighter Michael to one side to air her issues.

Despite him telling her he is “so happy” they are “moving forwards” Joanna says: “At the end of the day it's been hard because obviously there has been times when I've seen you obviously look over or whatever.

"And it has been awkward because the way you do look at her you know sometimes I'm like, he still has feelings for her, personally."

What will Michael decide? Does he still like Amber?
