Strictly Come Dancing star Kelvin Fletcher is feeling lighter than ever, thanks to his dance floor workout.
The one-time Emmerdale actor opened up about his gruelling rehearsal regime, which involves eye-watering early morning workouts.
Oti Mabuse's dance partner told The Sun: "I'll try and get into my local gym [before rehearsals].
"I'll get up at 5-5.30 in the morning. Normally I wouldn't be training that early, I'd be in at 7am, but you do what you have to do."
The hunky 35-year-old added: "It was a conscious thing in the first two weeks of training not to do anything too draining at the gym or on the legs, it was pretty much maintenance work.

"Then I start dance training at 10am, which would be until 10pm."
The actor managed to shed a whopping 11lbs while training, even though he's eating more grub than ever.
Kelvin has upped his calorie intake to 3,000 per day to stay buff and hasn't shied away from heavy carbohydrates.

Opening up about his strict diet, the former soap star admitted he's chowing down on calorie-rich meals at all hours of the day.
He told GQ: "I probably eat about 300-350g of carbs a day. About 160g of protein, about 60-80g of fat, which I think is about 2,500-3,000 calories.
"Carbs get a bad press, but they're pretty important. I've stayed pretty lean, I'm about five kilos lighter than I was a couple of months ago. Which is fine, I think – it helps with the dancing.

Even though he rises early to hit the gym, he doesn't eat dinner until the sun has set.
He explained: "I'll have [dinner] at 10.30pm at night… That's quite late at night to eat like that, but you can't do everything.
"It would be great to have Tupperware and keep eating while I'm dancing, but my diet is taking second priority."
Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC One on Saturday at 6:40pm.
