Jill Duggar shares 'bottle of tears' & tells fans 'you're not alone in your pain' after her miscarriage & Josh's arrest

JILL Duggar showed off her “bottle of tears” to fans revealing earlier this months she suffered a miscarriage after finding out she was expecting her third baby.

The Counting On Alum, 30, told followers that no one is “alone in [their] pain” as she continues to deal with the emotional toll of her pregnancy loss and her brother Josh’s arrest.

On Instagram, Jill apologized for not being as active on the social media app as she had been in the past but thanked everyone around her for doing their best to comfort her.

She shared that she recently received a present that made her feel a little less alone during this difficult time.

“I haven’t been keeping up much on here, but wanted to share another gift that a friend sent that blessed me so much today,” Jill wrote.

The reality star posted a photo of the gift, which was a blue “bottle of tears.”

An inspirational note with it read: “This is a small token of hope to remind you that you are not alone.

“There is purpose in your pain. God sees you, God loves you, and your story is not over.”

Jill and her husband Derick, who share sons Israel, six, and Samuel, four, revealed that they lost their third child as she suffered a miscarriage.

She shared that they were going to name their third child River Bliss Dillard.

On her emotional blog, Jill wrote: “Our baby doesn’t get to live here with us on earth, but is forever with the source of the river of life, in the presence of the Lord!

“And we chose Bliss for a middle name because our baby is living in perfect bliss with the Lord and was such a gift that brought immense joy and happiness to us even though only with us here on earth for a short time.”

Jill was given support by her sisters Joy-Anna, Jinger, and Jessa on social media.

After the loss, the conservative TV personality shared that she was considering getting a tattoo, shocking her fans.

As she continues to rebel against her famous family's strict rules, the 30-year-old revealed some of her ink ideas.

In the first photo, the Counting On alum marked her bare skin with a black marker and wrote on her wrist: "Jesus Only Jesus."

In the second snapshot, Jill wrote a biblical quote on the side of her hand that said: "He is my peace."

She captioned the post: "Who can command the highest praise? Who has the name above all names?

"You stand alone, I stand amazed. Jesus, only Jesus."

Fans praised the TV star for wanting to get a tattoo design that reflected her faith.

The reality star has deviated from her parents Jim Bob, 55, and Michelle, 54, and their strict conservative rules lately.

She has often gone against their strict dress code and their rules on homeschooling.

Recently, Jill was even seen modeling a range of modest swimwear and even sported a strappy tank top in snaps she shared this week.

The mother of two has been putting distance between herself and her family for a while but has worked even harder to do so in the months since her brother Josh's arrest.

According to his indictment in April, Josh, 33, “knowingly received child pornography,” including “images of minors under the age of 12.”

If convicted, he could receive 20 years in prison with fines up to $250,000 for each count.

Josh’s wife Anna, who is pregnant with their seventh child and due in the fall, is standing by her husband and has visited him with their children.

Despite his charges, he has unlimited access to his children with Anna present.
