Home and Away's Justin Morgan (James Stewart) has been going through a gruelling health battle since last year after discovering he had a tumour growing on his spine.
Dr Christian Green tried to remove the tumour, but quickly realising it is a dangerous move, ended up agreeing with Justin's sister Tori that radiotherapy to shrink the tumour is the best way to go.
However, it is a much slower process to remove the growth, and Justin sparks concern from his friends and family as they realise how much pain he is.
Leah is horrified next week when she finds him in agony.
She urges him to take a trip to hospital, but Justin insists that he can wait for his next dose of painkillers.
Leah struggles to watch Justin in so much pain it makes him collapse, and takes matters into her own hands by calling him an ambulance.
Is Justin going to be okay?
Talking about her on-screen brother's health battle, Penny McNamee told Daily Star: "She is always worried about Justin and because she's a doctor, she's across the medical side of things for him too.
"She very much wants to support him, so she is worried and thinks there is a secret he is hiding from her about his medical condition because he seems off."
She added: "It is going to be a long-running storyline for Justin, he will have to deal with it for a long period of time, it affects Tori and Leah as well.
"I always imagined Justin walks Tori down the aisle, but we will have to wait and see…"
Is Justin going to suffer with the tumour for the rest of his life?
Meanwhile, Justin struggles after his first round of radiotherapy, so a worried Leah decides she needs to take the day off work to help him.
Justin isn't impressed and quickly lashes out at her, telling her that he doesn't need someone to give up their life to look after him.
The pair eventually work things out after Justin admits that he doesn't want to feel like less a man because he is being helped.
But could Justin's tumour end up breaking him and Leah up?
Let's hope that Justin can recover with the help of his sister and girlfriend.
Home and Away continues on Monday at 1.15pm on Channel 5.
