Gemma Collins looks fresh-faced as she enjoys 'date night' with fiance Rami Hawash after boozy day out

GEMMA Collins looked amazing as she headed out on date night with fiance Rami Hawash yesterday.

The 40-year-old had spent the day boozing with pals, but still looked fresh faced as she cosied up to her man in the evening.

Gemma recently underwent a new treatment to look youthful after vowing to ditch the filler – splashing out £160.

She told her followers earlier this week: "I had reflexology today. Everything to kind of keep you on the level when a full moon is happening.”

“What’s so great about this new treatment is it’s not filler, it’s not Botox, it keeps you looking youthful.

"Which, guys, we all want that now. That nice, youthful look without looking pumped up, filled up.

Gemma credits him with changing her life and says she's now happier than ever.

She said: "I’m happy. I’m happy and I’m settled. I am with the love of my life."

Rami, who Gemma previously split from in 2014, came back into her life "out of nowhere" during the pandemic.

"We’re so happy, I’ve got a little step son now and I’ve got a really good balance," said Gemma. "It’s not all work, I’ve got a great personal life and please God, we go on to have a baby next year, when I’ve got some time – to do what you need to do to have a baby, because I’ve not had much time recently. Sorry, Ram!

"I feel like I’ve got my family now, my own family and we’re gonna be becoming a family and it’s kind of been the best year of my life really."
