Furious Love Island fans slam ‘sex pest’ Maura as she tries to pressure Curtis into sex and moans when he won’t ‘give her an orgasm’ – The Sun

LOVE Island fans were left furious after Maura Higgins criticised Curtis Pritchard for having sex with her.

Not one to hide her feelings, the 28-year-old complained she wanted "an orgasm not a coffee" to her fellow Islanders, just hours after the professional dancer, 23, failed to fulfil her needs in bed.

But the incident didn't go down well with show fans, who slammed the Irish star's "predatory" behaviour.

One said: "Imagine if a bloke was kicking off at a woman the way Maura did at Curtis for not wanting to have sex on national TV. It’s called having some respect for yourself. There really is something predatory about Maura."

Another wrote: "So we are really out here pretending Maura pressuring Curtis for sex and shaming him for not wanting it is FUNNY?!?! Imagine it was the other way! Sorry its TRASH behaviour and is NOT OK!"

During last night's episode, Maura attempted to take their romance to the next level only to be rejected by Curtis, who turned down her advances saying: "Tonight is not the night."

Complaining to the girls about the lack of action, she said: "I had zero action last night.

"I actually think Curtis has my nails tattooed on his back… I'll keep trying, there are only a few days left.

"I am actually losing my patience because I'm a horny devil."

However, it was Curtis who took it upon himself to confront the situation and explain his actions.

He said: "In bed I was just… I had a headache, what Anna said was playing on my mind and stuff, I’d love to rip the clothes off you and everything, I’d love to do all of that, but last night was so not the time."

This isn't the first time Maura has been slammed for her sexual advances.

When the star first entered the villa, she set her sights on Tommy Fury – with some fans calling for her to be removed from the show when she repeatedly tried to kiss him.

The incident received more than 500 complaints to Ofcom.

The grid girl – who hit it off with Curtis shortly after Amy Hart's departure from the dating show – was also accused of double standards after she brutally shut down Tom Walker's offensive "all mouth" jibe earlier in the series.
