MATTHEW Perry appeared unwell in a new Friends reunion promo clip, as the actor seemed to slur his words and nod off during the interview questions.
The actor was recently exposed for being "creepy" towards young girls on the dating app Raya.
Matthew, 51, sat down with the beloved cast of Friends for a "three question" interview with People today.
The group seemed in high spirits as they reminisced on their years as friends and co-stars, and recalled funny stories from their time on set.
Fans noticed, however, that the Canadian actor was not responding to questions with his normal sharp wit, as she seemed to slur his words and even nod off at one point during the clip.
Several took to the comments section to express their concern over Matthew, who has struggled with addiction since his time on the award-winning show.
"Seeing Matthew sad is heartbreaking," one wrote, adding: "I hope he gets better soon, I don't know how I'm going to enjoy the reunion when Matthew is this sad."
"This felt so good seeing but also broke my heart seeing Matthew Perry like this," another admitted.
A third reasoned: "I know we are all sad about Matthew but let's remember he has suffered a lot of health related issues and he has struggled with addiction.
"Let's all be kind and polite and remember all the funny moments he gave us through his role as Chandler, thank you."
A fourth was simply happy for his presence, as they gushed: "I am so glad Matthew made it to the reunion. It wouldn't be the same without him."
Matthew has struggled with addiction since his early 20's, after joining the cast of Friends as Chandler Bing in 1994.
The Massachusetts native once even admitted to "not remembering three years" of filming due to his reliance on drugs and alcohol.
The TV star had his first stint in rehab in 1997, though he has returned to facilities several times over the past two decades.
Matthew's alcohol addiction has caused him many health issues throughout the years, including pancreatitis and gastrointestinal perforation.
The 17 Again star recently sparked controversy when his Raya celebrity dating profile was discovered.
The actor, who claimed to be 48 instead of his true age of 51, wrote in his bio: "Six feet tall. Looking for miss right or to have some fun along the way. Prefer the natural look."
Matthew's profile came as a bit of a shock, as he got engaged to fiancee Molly Hurwitz in November.
Earlier this month the Fools Rush In star was called out for sending "creepy" messages to a 19-year-old girl named Kate Haralson.
The young girl told Page Six that she met him on the dating service last May,but he immediately requested they move their conversations to FaceTime.
The two then played a game of "20 questions" as the personal assistant alleged that he didn't care about their massive age gap.
"I don't think he minded that," she explained. "It kind of felt weird talking to someone my dad’s age and it just felt not right, especially when he knew how young I was.”
