EastEnders spoilers: Sharon Watts makes bold decision as she shops for a house

EASTENDERS' Sharon Watts eyes up Ruby Allen's house as she prepares to set up another Walford home.

The iconic BBC soap character, played by Letitia Dean, has her sights set on the pad – yet her brother Zack Hudson suggests she may be jumping the gun with her purchase.

Club owner Ruby – who is played by Louisa Lytton – framed Stacey Slater for her miscarriage and got her sent to prison earlier this year.

Yet with the actress off on maternity leave amid her exit storyline, the character's home is up for grabs.

Meanwhile Sharon setting up a new life on Albert Square comes as her deceased son Denny was proved to be baby Alyssa's mystery father.

Last year, the 13-year-old schoolboy died in a boating tragedy and young mum Jada admitted to his mum Sharon that he was the father of her baby – leaving her shellshocked.

During Thursday night’s revealing episode, Jada admitted: "It was a one-off – we were friends, but it was never really more than that."

However, fans are adamant that there could be another twist in store for Sharon, with many believing that Jada could be making up the whole thing altogether.

Taking to Twitter, one eagle-eyed viewer said: "I don't understand, Dennis died in February last year and Alyssa looks only a few months old.

“Either Jada had a very long pregnancy or Dennis ain't the father at all."

Echoing their comments, another fan added: "Wait, exactly how old is Jada? Cos Dennis Jr was only 13.

“Surely she would have read about his death in the paper/online months ago?”

Sharon seemed to be coming around to the idea of being a grandma, as she told baby Alyssa: "Hello sweetheart. You're my Denny's little girl, and that makes you family.

"Now, your mummy is welcome here anytime, but me and your great uncle Zack – we're going to look after you. I'm not going to let you go anywhere."

Fans were left reaching for the tissues around the country as she concluded: "Welcome home, sweetie."

Yet never one to stay quiet, Phil Mitchell has also put the cat among the pigeons and suggested Jada may not be all as she seems.

He approaches Martin and Zack and tells them they need to speak to Sharon.

Insisting she can’t lose any more kids – he makes them see that Sharon needs protection.

But what will she do? And will Jada let it happen?
