Celebs Go Datings Anna Williamson scolds Marty McKenna after he calls women pigs

Celebs Go Dating 's newest recruit Marty McKenna left experts Anna Williamson and Paul Carrick Brunson stunned on Wednesday's episode as he revealed what he calls women.

During the latest instalment of the E4 show, Marty, 27, kept talking about "birds" to which a confused Paul asked what he meant.

To which Marty explained: "It's a girl, it's what we call girls in Newcastle."

However, Paul wasn't convinced as he questioned: "Do girls like that? They liked to be called birds?" and pointed out that it's not exactly a "positive term".

With Marty admitting: "I don't know, you've started to make us think now like…"

Paul then asked if Anna liked to be called a "bird", to which she insisted: "Erm… it's not a word that I love!"

Trying to explain further, Marty continued: "If you say: 'Oh that's a sexy bird over there… it's a handsome bird.'"

He added: "Well I've never had any complaints until you just complained. This is out me comfort zone this.

"If we're in a club and me pal says: 'Ah, look at that bird over there, would you s**g her?' I'd be like: 'Nah, she's a pig!'"

Anna was left gobsmacked as she pointed out: "It's a bit gutter… you can't be calling women pigs."

Speaking in a VT, the dating expert added: "Wow, Marty has just admitted calling women pigs right to my face without even skipping a beat. He cannot go on dates and behave like this!"

It comes after Anna admitted that she was "nervous" about Marty joining as he is a "loose cannon" and not "self-edited".

She said: "Truth be told, I was nervous about Marty joining. We’ve dealt with some challenging clients and some loose cannons but I was quite apprehensive about Marty joining for that very reason. He is a loose cannon and so not self-edited."

But despite her initial fears, Anna warmed to the exuberant star during filming.

"I was nervous about how that might go," she continued. "And, fortunately, my nerves weren’t founded because he is a wonderful guy. We focus in on his love life, which was a very easy topic to focus in on."
