Kofi-Abrefa stars as Lamar Silas, the violent and unpredictable street rival to Russell Hornsby and Demetrius Flenory Jr. as the notorious Flenory brothers. In addition to the Starz series, from producer 50 Cent, featuring Flenory Jr playing his own father, ‘Big Meech’, the crime drama could introduce a number of well-known music stars to its already impressive supporting cast.

Rapper Snoop Dogg has made a surprise appearance as Pastor Swift in two episodes of BMF so far.

As the brand new Starz series goes on, hip-hop fans could start spotting even more of their favourites over the coming weeks.

Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk, main cast member Kofi-Abrefa said he would love to welcome even more cultural icons to the BMF family.

“I think, maybe, more people might just pop up,” he teased.

The series has already confirmed Eminem will be making a cameo in the seventh episode as White Boy Rick.

With Power producer 50 Cent at the helm, his iconic status in the hip-hop scene will undoubtedly make more musicians take notice.

The rapper and actor has previously confirmed he expects BMF to continue for seven seasons.

If Starz fulfills his vision, he will have at least another six years to fully explore the world of 1980-1990s Detroit.

With at least one more season officially in the pipeline, viewers could see even more big names start to make their stamp on the series.

Kofi-Abrefa added: “You never know with the reach that this show has. Anything can happen with 50 on it.”

However, if the star was aware who’ll be added to the cast list next season he was keeping the show’s secrets close to the chest for the time being.

Even so, he certainly didn’t think BMF would stop at Snoop Dogg and Eminem’s cameos.

“Listen, I don’t have a clue,” Kofi-Abrefa admitted when asked about future guest spots.

“My guess is as good as yours, man. Anyone! Let them all come in. It’s great for the culture, it’s fun.”

Although there are almost certainly more special appearances down the line, the British star has already enjoyed a career highlight working with Snoop Dogg on his first US series.

He recalled: “I briefly met Snoop on set, and was just kind of watching his stuff back. But it’s just amazing.”

“It’s Snoop, man, do you know what I mean? He’s a legend. And having Em on the show is amazing.”

Snoop could very well become a major part of the series as he will also appear in next Sunday’s episode, All in the Family.

Plus, Starz wasted no time in ordering another season of the 50 Cent-led drama, and bringing in more hip-hop talent could be a surefire way to ensure BMF continues.

BMF season 1 continues Sundays on Starz.
