A Place in the Sun presenter Ben Hillman was left panicking after accidentally insulting a buyer on an episode of the Channel 4 show.
Property expert Ben was helping Whitney and Rose find their dream home in La Zenia on the Spanish Southern Costa Blanca.
The couple had a budget of £80,000 and wanted a property with an outdoor area with a nice view but said they were flexible.

The first property didn't tick all of the boxes as they wanted something closer to the town.
Rose told Ben: "It's not too bad, it's okay for the money but the location is the biggest problem" before adding that it was "too remote".
After viewing other properties, they ended up a fifth-floor two bedroom property in Punta Prima which was close to the coast and only £1,000 above their budget.
Whitney and Rose seemed to be thrilled with the property and everything was going smoothly until Ben's joke fell flat.
As he walked around the pool, Whitney said: "This is top of the list so far, it knocks the others off."
Ben replied: "You can let your hair down and party".
But Whitney, who was bald, didn't look impressed as he bluntly replied: "Well I don't know about that."
Ben looked red-faced as he quickly said: "I've realised my mistake now, I didn't think anyone noticed at that point."
However, despite the hiccup, it was a successful episode as the couple decided to put an offer in on the fourth property, which was a two bedroom apartment in Punta Prima.
They put in an offer of £81,250, but it was rejected for being too low, and they ended up offering their maximum budget of £85,000, which was then accepted.
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4.
