Princess Andre relieved she gets to skip school after positive Covid test

Katie Price's daughter Princess has tested positive for the coronavirus, telling fans she "jinxed" herself because she wanted to get it so she could skip school.

The 14 year old told her followers on Instagram that her dad Peter asked her to do a lateral flow test because she didn't feel quite right.

The first test was negative but a further three tests were all positive, so Princess is now in isolation.

According to the Mirror, the teenager told fans: "I jinxed it though because yesterday I was like, 'I want to get it, cos I don't want to go to school.' And then I got it."

She went on: "Obviously I don't want to get ill from it, but I wanted to get it so I don't have to go to school.

"But then I actually got it."

However, Princess assured her fans that she wasn't suffering from any Covid symptoms.

She said in the Instagram Live: "I don't feel ill, I feel fine. Like I feel normal. I feel normal. I don't even feel ill.

"People who have it, do you guys feel ill, or do you not feel ill? Yeah, I'm isolating. But no one else has to isolate, cos everyone else tested negative. So it's just me."

Princess's brother Junior, 16, and her dad Peter both had Covid last year.

Singer and TV star Peter later said that he had felt unwell, with a cough and an aching body.

“I didn't have a temperature, I had body aches, I had a cough but it wasn't as persistent as what I had been told but it was persistent enough that I went and got a test," he said during an interview on Good Morning Britain after he was better.

Peter, 48, said that it had been "very unpleasant" for a couple of days.
