Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan has let rip at David Walliams after seeing the Britain's Got Talent judge like a negative tweet about him.
Venting to his 6.8 million followers, Susanna Reid's co-star shared a screenshot of the post BGT star David liked sported the hashtag "f*** Piers".
Never one to let things slide, Piers wrote: "Amusing that David Walliams regularly 'likes' the nastiest tweets about me, yet is such a snivelling toady to my face."
He added: "It's not my fault Britain's Got Talent ratings were so much higher when I was in your chair Dave."
While David didn't publicly reply, his Little Britain sidekick Matt Lucas did.

Quote-tweeting the tweet to his one million followers, the actor said: "Purely objectively.
"1) He was probably being polite. Some people are.
"2) Boasting about the BGT ratings and popularity when you were briefly on it to someone who has not only transformed the show but is consistently the biggest-selling author in the country didn't work."

Refusing to give in, Piers raged: "Hi Matt, I don’t think it’s ‘polite’ to be friendly to people in person but poisonous behind their back – it’s cowardly.
"As for BGT, I was very proudly on it for the first four years when ratings topped 20 million. "They’re now half that. Not a boast, just a fact."
Piers was a judge on Britain's Got Talent alongside Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden from 2007 and 2011.
He recently joked on Twitter than he's no longer on the show as Cowell 'can't afford him and more'.
