Michelle Keegan has outlined her highlights of 2020 – and returning to her rigorous training regime almost topped the list.
The Our Girl star, 33, shared a series of clips from the archives over the year, looking back on holidays abroad and quiet nights in with her family.
Proud of her commitment to keeping fit, she then shared a clip from one of her workouts over Instagram, which showed the actress doing push-ups in her home gym.
Wearing an orange sports bra and a pair of high-waisted grey mesh leggings, Michelle pulled her hair back into a ponytail to facilitate the workout.
With loops of bangles, Michelle worked some gold accessories with the look and laced up a pair of lilac trainers.
Her toned abs were on full display as she flexed on the floor, clenching her arms as she demonstrated her favourite stretches before the camera.
With her workout successfully completed, she then sat up, flashing a smile at the camera.
In her caption, Michelle mused: "Thankful I was able to get back into my training."
Michelle has a gym fitted in the Essex home she shares with her hubby Mark Wright, featuring an arrangement of silver weights and workout mechanisms.
Former TOWIE star Mark is just as committed to his workouts, even launching a new training and fitness venture, Train Wright, last year.
Michelle tried out the training plan for herself, telling fans: "I've been doing the Train Wright workouts for weeks now, thank you @wrighty & @joshwright4444 for keeping me active and motivated during this time …
"Now for the 30 day plan!… Let's go."
The celeb couple are also fans of taking to the outdoors when it comes to staying in shape, going paddle boarding and doing water sports during trips abroad.
During the lockdown, Michelle also tried to get into biking, joining her hubby of five years in peddling through idyllic rural cycle routes.
However, Michelle wasn’t keen on making it a long-term habit, telling fans: "My hobby that lasted 3 weeks… and what a fantastic 3 weeks they were!"
