Jennifer Lopez plays coy when asked about Ben Affleck romance

Jennifer Lopez is staying tight-lipped on her rekindled romance with Ben Affleck.

The “Let’s Get Loud” singer, 51, politely deflected questions about her love life during an appearance on the “Today” show Tuesday to promote the re-release of her song “Love Make the World Go Round” with pal Lin-Manuel Miranda.

“Today” host Hoda Kotb tried to get J.Lo to dish by saying, “Look, I just have to tell you, every time I see a picture of you and Ben, I’m like, ‘She looks happier! She looks happier!’ Are we happier?”

But Lopez changed the subject by telling Kotb, “The song is out. Five years since we’ve done it and I believe that that message of loving one another and coming together and love is never more relevant than it is right now.”

Kotb, 56, then attempted to pull the friend card, saying, “Wait, it’s me, you’re talking to, you know that?,” to which J.Lo replied, “I know, you can call me. You have my number.”

Kotb and Miranda then burst into laughter, and she added in a voiceover, “Well … we tried.”

Earlier this month, Lopez indirectly addressed her relationship with Affleck, 48, telling Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, “I’m super happy. I know people are always wondering, ‘How are you? What’s going on? Are you okay?’ This is it. I’ve never been better.”

Lopez and Affleck first sparked dating rumors again in April, nearly two decades after they called off their engagement in 2003. The buzz started just weeks after Page Six exclusively revealed that the “Selena” star and fiancé Alex Rodriguez had split following infidelity rumors on the part of the former MLB star.

Since then, Bennifer 2.0 have been photographed kissing and spotted vacationing together in Montana, Miami, and the Hamptons.

They also appear to be growing stronger as a couple, as they were recently seen hanging out with each other’s kids and reportedly toured a $65 million mansion in Los Angeles.
