Brooklyn-based creative studio MSCHF is continuing to take over the footwear scene with its outlandish creations that have caught the eyes of fanatics across the globe. MSCHF has become synonymous with offbeat designs that require a second glance and recently made noise with the release of its Astro Boy-inspired Big Red Boots.
As MSCHF continues to expand its offerings, the show-stopping brand is gearing up to release new iterations of its trademark sneaker silhouettes. Revealed via on-foot imagery, the NYC imprint is preparing another colorway of the Super Normal 2, which previously dropped in a black “5 O’Clock Shadow” colorway.
Now, the low-top model arrives in a spring-ready “White Mint” rendition slated for release in March 2023. The uppers are outfitted in an all-over white leather build, featuring wavy overlays that give off a melting effect. The perforated toe boxes arrive distorted to either side, while smooth mudguards protect the previous in motion. Teal-colored accents hit the curved lacing systems and indented tongue tags with overblown MSCHF branding.
Multi-colored rope laces adorn the uppers with metallic lace dubraes that boast bent proportions alongside cartoonish exclamation mark embroidery on the heels. The design is stacked atop white midsoles with additional MSCHF lettering and ribbed teal bottoms.
