The Wanted singer Tom exclusively revealed to OK! magazine back in October that he had been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour.
The 30 year old also opened about how they are coping with Tom’s diagnosis, revealing they are “taking each day as it comes”.
Kelsey’s response came after another follower asked: “How are you and the family all dealing with Tom’s battle? Sending you a massive hug right now!”
Kelsey replied: “Taking each day as it comes. We are a very strong family,” alongside a series of heart and bicep emojis.
The mum-of-two also revealed she and her husband are still keen to move house as they have “outgrown” their current home. Kelsey said they want to stay in the same area but they are yet to sell their home.
Tom and Kelsey welcomed baby Bodhi into the world in October, just a few weeks after Tom revealed he had been diagnosed with a stage four glioblastoma. They are also parents to daughter Aurelia, who turns two in June.

He said: "These are the words I received today and I can’t stop saying them over and over again.

"I can’t thank our wonderful NHS enough. You’re all having a tough time out there but we appreciate the work you are all doing."
