Mark Wright’s mum Carol expresses sadness of being without entire family at Christmas with throwback photo

Many people across the UK will be without their loved ones this Christmas, and one person who is wishing they were, is Carol Wright.

The former TOWIE star, who stunned in a swimsuit with her daughter Jessica, took to Instagram to share her sadness over not being able to have the entire family over on Christmas day.

The 60 year old shared a throwback picture with her entire family as they are all dressed up for an evening together.

In the snap, Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan are all smiles as they wear matching black outfits.

Carol and her husband Mark take centre stage, with their daughters Jessica and Natalya on either side of them with their respective partners.

Standing opposite Mark and Michelle, are his brother Josh and his partner Hollie.

Captioning the post, the reality star wrote: "Merry Christmas to my world. Who would of thought this year would of been a weird one.

"In 60 years of my life I have only sat around a table of 12 to 30 people as I come from a big family.

"This year I have a table for 3, which saddens me so much," she heartbreakingly revealed.

Choosing to see the positive side of it, the matriarch continued: "But we have to realise we are lucky to have not lost a loved one this year, to anyone that has a loved one suffering the virus or who is unwell, we will get thru this and we will all be back together soon. [sic]

Carol, who was the last of her family to leave TOWIE in 2017, concluded her message by sending her love to her family and wishing everyone a merry Christmas.

"Love my family more then the moon, we be back together very soon. X Merry Christmas you darlings. X x." [sic]

Jess, 35, responded to her mum's message and expressed: "Will be so weird not being together. But thank god we are all safe."

While her brother Josh commented with red and blue heart emojis.
