Love Island winner Greg O’Shea, 24, has revealed the “creepiest” moment he has experienced since finding fame.
Greg, who recently split from islander Amber Gill, 22, relived the time he was followed home by a fan after going out on a shopping trip.
The Irish rugby player retold the “weird” story on Baz and Andre’s House of Rugby Live show.
The reality star, who previously said he wants to continue playing rugby and studying to become a solicitor, explained he was shopping in the outer suburb of Dundrum, Ireland, which is near his hometown Dublin, earlier in the day.
He added: “I was walking home then just around the corner and this girl followed me home, which is a bit creepy.
“That’s the creepiest thing that’s happened so far. She followed me literally to my front door.”
Greg explained that the fan stayed around a 20 metre distance behind him as he walked towards his door, but called his name as he went to go into his house.
He added: “It was so weird, she didn’t say anything until I got to my door and she was like, ‘Greg!’, as if I wasn’t Greg the last ten minutes like.”
He did end up speaking to the fan and said: “She ended up perking up towards the end and we had a conversation, she was fine, she wasn’t crazy but it was weird.”
The rugby player added: ”So she knows where I live now!”
Less than two months ago, Greg won ITV2 reality series Love Island with his ex Amber, which sky-rocketed him to fame. But, just 39 days after winning the show, Greg split from Amber.
Geordie beauty Amber insisted the dumping took place over text, which Greg has since denied and said: “I can be happy with myself that I know the truth and I know what’s happened.
“I’m not going to badmouth [Amber], she’s got great stuff going on, and I can be happy with myself, my friends, and my family knowing what actually happened.”

Since parting ways from Amber, Greg has also been accused of "cheating" on Amber by trolls.
A viral post about their split read: “guys as most of you know im from the area greg lives and i found out some s**t currently waiting for the receipts and screenshots tho.
“what happens at electric picnic doesn’t stay at electric picnic, crop top gregory. this is dublin, not vegas you dumb p***k." [sic]
Another post slamming Greg said: “Greg is a cheat. Since they left the villa, he’s been following accounts and liking photos of women that fit his type that he described to Amber on the first date (gym bunnies) as well as other details he left out (white, blonde, flat).
“He cheated on his ex and he cheated on Amber last weekend at Electric Picnic. He told the girl(s) that him and Amber were only together for the money and deals but that wasn’t actually true as far as Amber was concerned.”
There is no evidence to support the claims made in the online post and a representative for Greg declined to comment when contacted by The Sun.
