Love Islands Amber Gill looks loved-up in sweet snaps as she supports footballer girlfriend

Amber Gill was in the stands to support girlfriend Jen Beattie at her cup final.

Jen plays for Arsenal Women’s team and yesterday, Sunday 5 March, they faced Chelsea in a bid to win the Conti Cup.

Jen and her team proved victorious with the match ending 3 – 1.

Sharing a series of snaps to her Instagram after their win, one snap showed Amber, 25, and Jen, 31, beaming as they stood in the stands together for a snap following Arsenal’s win.

Other photos showed Jen and her teammates holding p the Conti Cup trophy.

Commenting on the photo, Amber penned: “My Bennifer Jeattie” as her Lionesses star teammate Leah Williamson wrote: “Love you brother”.


In another snap shared to Amber’s Instagram Story, the former reality TV star could be seen from behind as she put her arm around her girlfriend.

She shared a white and red heart emojis on the photo – Arsenal’s team colours – as well as a string of heart-hand emojis.

Ahead of Jen’s big game, she and Amber jetted off to Paris together for a romantic getaway.

The holiday snaps were amongst a number of another pics which Amber uploaded with the caption: “February you were cute jeans x”.

Jen captured Amber wearing a headset and struggling to figure out how to work a Nintendo DS as the pair took a tour around the Louvre. Another pic shows Amber smiling cheekily back at the camera, having successfully figured out how to work the device.

The pair also enjoyed cocktails at a rooftop bar with stunning views of the French capital. The third pic of the bunch shows the pair enjoying a glass of fizz and holding hands across the table.

Amber “accidently” came out last year after she penned a tweet about “switching teams”.

Later opening up about her post, Amber told Bobby Norris and Stephen Leng on showbiz gossip programme Access All Areas that it was an "off the cuff" comment but admitted that it was true, adding "I meant exactly what I said".

When asked if this was her coming out, Amber said: "Accidentally. I remember looking at [the tweet] and thinking 'sh*t, what have I said'.

"A lot of my friends were like 'if you were gonna do that any way, that's the typical way that you would do that'.

"Normally people have these lovely, beautiful stories or lovely, beautiful, real Instagram posts, like just lush – I've put 'switching teams' on a tweet and that's how I came out."
