Lollapalooza Reveals Lineup For Lolla2020 Virtual Festival Weekend

Lollapalooza has revealed the lineup of artists for this year’s Lolla2020 Virtual Festival Weekend.

The Chicago-based festival is being conducted as a virtual event due to coronavirus pandemic.

The free four-night broadcast event takes place from July 30 through August 2. It will air exclusively live on YouTube beginning at 5 pm CT each night. The full schedule will be revealed on Wednesday.

Lolla2020 will feature brand new original live performances from artists including Alison Wonderland, Carnage, H.E.R. , Kali Uchis, Kaskade, Louis the Child, Tank and Yungblud.

The 4-night event will also include epic past Lollapalooza performances from LCD Soundsystem, Metallica, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Ellie Goulding, Run The Jewels, Lorde, Alabama Shakes, Tove Lo, including historic headlining sets from Paul McCartney, Chance The Rapper, OutKast, and Arcade Fire.

Chicago Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot will appear throughout the weekend’s festivities. She will be hosting conversations with Lollapalooza founder Perry Farrell and hip-hop legend LL COOL J.

Lollapalooza founder and Jane’s Addiction frontman Perry Farrell will host candid conversations with iconic friends and tastemakers.

“Fans will be virtually transported to the festival grounds to experience epic past Lollapalooza performances from great singers, including historic headlining sets,” the organizers said in a press release.
