Kate Wright’s hen do – complete with 16 hens and Rio’s face on her suitcase

Kate Wright is about to marry one of the most famous footballers in the UK, so of course her hen do was a lavish affair.

The ex TOWIE star, 28, jetted off Mykonos, Greece, with sixteen of her closest friends for a huge party.

And to make sure her fiancé Rio Ferdinand , 40, wasn't left out Kate had his face printed on her suitcase. As you do.

The hens are already back home, as Kate revealed that they all stayed away from social media for the ultra secret girls trip.

She wrote on Instagram : "Me & the girls ready for my hen #MrsFerdytobe… We decided to have a social media detox to actually enjoy ourselves rather than be on our phones checking Instagram 24/7….

"Be prepared for a LOT of pics."

Her gang of girls were all clad in back to ensure the bride stood out in her Mrs Ferdy To Be jacket.

Kate has also been posting memories from the holiday on her Instagram stories.

Someone had given her a cuddly toy that was wearing a mankini and had Rio's face stuck on the front.

The toy made an appearance in several of her pics and was even seen sitting in its own seat on their easyJet flight.

Several items of their holiday merch was branded with 'Mrs Ferdy To Be', including luggage tags and balloons.

Kate also shared an envy-inducing snap of their swimming pool that boasted incredible views of the hills.

Kate has been with Rio since 2017 and he proposed last November.

Since quitting TOWIE, Kate has embraced her role as step-mum to partner Rio's three children Lorenz, Tate and Tia, who sadly lost their mother to cancer in 2015.

Rio's children have welcomed Kate into their family and were even there when their dad got down on one knee.

Kate has since told how she's already planning her big day and has picked out nine bridesmaids to join her when she walks down the aisle – including Rio's daughter Tia as Maid of Honour.

She recently revealed fears that she'll become a bridezilla as she gets stuck into wedding planning.
