Hmmm…what to wear to watch your boyfriend become Prime Minister? Not a conundrum most of us are likely to face any time soon.

90s women’s wear label Ghost has been having a bit of a moment of late having undergone a dramatic make-over last year.

A strong start from someone who clearly doesn’t intend to stand on the sidelines for very long.
Downing street’s First Girlfriend will presumably slip in through the back door at the weekend.
And while she may keep a low profile for the next few weeks I suspect the communications guru has her new role clearly mapped out. Watch this space.
Meanwhile man of the moment Boris was looking equally cool, calm and collected in a melange of Tory blues.
The ace that Johnson always has up his sleeve is he usually looks so dishevelled it’s easy for him to look polished.
All he really needs is a comb and a suit.
